Registered Nurse, Hospital
Status: On-Call; day shift; one weekend per month; every other holiday
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is a practitioner of nursing licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to perform professional nursing based on the nursing process. The RN is a nursing care planner, a direct nursing care provider, a patient/family educator and leader. Not only is the RN accountable for care provided, but also for the delegation to and the supervision of other RNs, LPNs, and NAs as assigned. The RN is involved in development of other staff members, problem solving of unit/hospital concerns and general promotion of quality of care and responsible for self-development.

Desired Qualifications:
• Prior hospital experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current Minnesota RN licensure required.

Status: Fulltime, Weekends Only

• Current Minnesota RN licensure required.
• Satisfactory physical/emotional health as evidenced by interviews and physical examination (if indicated).
• Ability to practice professional nursing based on the nursing process, current scientific knowledge and standards of care required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and therapeutic interpersonal relations with a variety of people required.
• Competence in verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Ability to problem-solve while collaborating with appropriate health care team members and patients/families required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize required.
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home
Status: On call

Status: Monday - Friday Nights, Fulltime, no weekends

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is a practitioner of nursing licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to perform professional nursing based on the nursing process. The RN is a nursing care planner, a direct nursing care provider, a patient/family educator and leader.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Minnesota.
One year hospital experience required.
Must have, or will obtain within one year, certification in; BLS, ACLS, TNCC and ENCP or equivalents.
Knowledge of principles of nursing administration is required.
Knowledge of organization and function of all departments, policies, regulations, and procedures of the hospital is required.
Must be in good physical and mental health.
Must have the ability to organize and work efficiently.
Must have the ability to teach by work and example.
