Hospice of LeSueur provides family centered care designed to meet the home care and institutional needs of a person whose life expectancy can be measured in weeks or months rather than years. Hospice exists to affirm life and enhance the quality of life that remains. Together the patient, family and hospice team work to provide supportive care whether the setting is at home, the hospital or other health facility.
